REOPENING FOLLOWING THE GOVERNMENTS RELAXATION OF RESTRICTIONS.
We are pleased to now be able to offer private lessons.
We can only accept bookings from riders that are absolutely confirmed off lead at all times and who are able to take the horse unaided to the mounting block, mount and check their own tack, stirrups and girth to a safe standard ready for their lesson without any assistance, and return the horse to the yard at the end of the lesson.
The following criteria will apply:
We can only offer private lessons at this time, even if you are in the same household as the person you want to ride with Sport England have advised us that still only private lessons can be taken.
Clients will be welcome into the garden and picnic area but we would ask you not to enter the stable or farm areas in order to protect out staff and students. Riders must wash their hands upon entering the yard to mount their horse, hand wash facilities are located at the yard entrance.
We will only take bookings from clients who are, are non symptomatic and who have observed all government requirements during lock-down. Should your situation change between booking a lesson and the lesson day we will accept cancellations with no fee providing we have a minimum of 1 hours notice.
All riders must wear their own hats (previously checked and tagged by us) and P.P.E. and must make use of sanitizing facilities upon arrival. We are unable to hire, sell or fit hats at this time. Clean gloves must be worn for your lesson, we do have gloves for sale if needed.
All lessons must be paid for at the time of booking by card. We are not accepting cash at this time.
Spectators are not permitted unless riders are under 18 and then only one person or young siblings if unavoidable.
Arena space will be strictly limited in order to maintain social distancing therefore all lessons and livery times will be strictly coordinated.
Clients are asked not to arrive at the stables more than 10 minutes before their lesson time and to depart immediately following their lesson. Clients are also recommended not to take public transport to attend.
All lessons will be strictly risk assessed and kept within riders competence, we will not be offering jump lessons, lead rein or lunge lessons at this time.
We reserve the right to check clients temperature on arrival.
