REOPENING FOLLOWING THE GOVERNMENTS RELAXATION OF RESTRICTIONS.

When booking and attending your lesson here at Deen City Farm the following criteria will apply:

Beginner’s lessons may take place in an enclosed paddock.  Advanced lessons will be in the arena.

Clients will be welcome into the garden and picnic area but we would ask you not to enter the stable area in order to protect out staff and students.  Riders must wash their hands upon entering the yard to mount their horse, hand wash facilities are located at the yard entrance.

We will only take bookings from clients who are, are non symptomatic and who have observed all government requirements.  Should your situation change between booking a lesson and the lesson day we will accept cancellations with no fee providing we have a minimum of 1 days notice.

Hats and boots can be hired and borrowed and are disinfected between each use.  If borrowing a hat you will need to wear a face mask for the fitting process. 

Clean washable gloves suitable for riding must be worn.

Beginner riders or riders needing assistance from a leader will be required to wear a face mask.  You should provide your own face mask.  We are unable to accept face mask exemptions.

All lessons must be booked and paid for online.  We are not accepting cash at this time.

Spectators are only permitted if you are able to stay within current government guidelines.

Arena space will be strictly limited in order to maintain social distancing therefore all lessons and livery times will be strictly coordinated.

All lessons will be strictly risk assessed and kept within riders competence,

We reserve the right to check clients temperature on arrival.

By booking a lesson you have acknowledged that you have read and accepted these conditions.
