We are excited to be able to open on Tuesday 13th April!
However it is devastating not to be able to open for the Easter weekend again this year. This is usually our busiest time of year and we will be loosing vital income which allows us to take care of our animals. Please consider donating if you can! Thank you for your support.
We are asking that were possible you pre-book your visit so that we can ensure everyone’s safety. We will only take bookings from visitors who are, non-symptomatic and who have observed all government requirements. Should your situation change between booking a visit and the visit day please contact us asap so we can re open your space. We reserve the right to check visitors temperature on arrival.
You are asked not to arrive at the farm more than ten minutes before your visit time and to depart immediately following your visit. Visitors are also recommend not to take public transport to attend. The farm is operating a one way system for your visit, the system will ensure you get to visit all the animals on your tour whenever possible. Please keep two metres away from other groups and staff at all times.
When you arrive please wait outside our green gates and wait for a member of staff to admit you and your group. We have hand washing and sanitising facilities placed around the farm but still advise you bring your own hand sanitiser.
Currently we are not running pony rides. The play area will remain closed for the time being also. Limited toilets facilities are available.
We apologise for the severity of the current conditions however we feel that is is critical to conform to government guidelines to do our utmost to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Our booking system adds a suggested donation, we are free to enter but do rely on our visitors kind donations to remain open, since March 2020 we have lost a lot of income due to closure. All donations go towards looking after our animals and making sure the farm is a safe and secure place.
We have both contactless and cash donation points around the farm but would prefer contactless if possible.
You will be able to buy hot drinks, snacks and animal feed from our Kiosk during your visit.
Exclusive Animals Handling sessions can be booked for groups of up to five people.
