Company Members & Trustees

The Farm is accountable to its funders (including London Borough of Merton), the Charities Commission and to Companies House.  The people ultimately responsible for this are the Board of Trustees.

Trustees are elected at our AGM from the Company Members of Deen City Farm Ltd (a company limited by guarantee).  Company Members are Friends of the Farm who have signed the membership book and taken that extra step to be responsible for the whole of the Farm's running.  Don't panic!!  You can become a Friend of the Farm without taking any of the responsibility for the running of the Farm!!  Click here to enquire.  But if you are interested in taking on some responsibility, then please read on...

The people listed below are our Trustees and they take on this responsibility voluntarily.  They also have responsibility for the overall direction in which the Farm is heading, the provision of its services and legal (including health & safety) issues.

The Trustees meet ten times a year with the Project Manager to consider reports from staff and to ensure that their obligations are met. They can be contacted in writing c/o the Farm address.
