Adult Volunteers at the Farm

We are always interested in people who want to contribute something back to their community, whether it is a few hours helping out in the Cafe or using tradesman skills to repair or construct something outside.

We also happily host people who might work all week in an urban environment if they want to escape to a 'greener' environment over the weekend by mucking out the pig pen.  Equally, those considering a career in the care industry might want to assist with less independent volunteers by acting as a mentor for them.

There are too many opportunities to list and too many areas in which our adult volunteers have made a huge difference to the Farm: carpentry, electrics, constructing shelters, putting up roofs, and that's just the maintenance work.
