Cancellation Policy

In order to keep our prices as competitive as we possibly can, we have to implement a fair and consistent Cancellation Policy. The vast majority of our Clients understand that an empty lesson slot means lost income for the Riding School - the more notice we have of a cancellation, the better chance we have to find someone to fill the space.

The policy currently in operation is as follows:

24 hours notice for a week day

48 hours notice for a weekend
