Our Riding School
We run a professional, friendly yard that welcomes all clients for
whatever type of riding lesson they want. This includes private
lessons, lunge lessons, stable management and walk outs.
Our Yard is approved by both the
British Horse Society and the
Association of British Riding Schools.
Minimum Age Requirement
For insurance reasons, all clients need to
be over the age of 8. Although we run Pony Rides for younger
children (click link to the left), this is only a taster of what being
on a horse can be like - children who have ridden elsewhere may have to
search for another suitable school to continue their riding.
Weight Restriction
In order to preserve the health of our
horses, and because we don't have a huge range of weight-carrying
horses, we have a maximum weight restriction of around 11 stone.
If you are over this weight, then we are very sorry to say that it is
unlikely that we will be able to cater for you as a rider. |
