Crowds lined the street in their thousands as the most elegant parade of the century took place in London over the last weekend in April.
No, not the Royal Wedding... but our sheep making their way, one by one, to the shearer who shore off their regal finery, leaving them with their new summer wardrobe.
Thanks go to Marcus from Nescot who expertly undertook the de-fleecing and who gave some of our young volunteers the chance to have a go with the shears.
We would also like to thank Linda Maurice who showed the traditional art of spinning yarn from fleece straight from a sheep's back!
Thanks to visitor Chris Gunter for this terrific pic. More photos should be uploaded soon!
