People of all ages and backgrounds work together to help out with the animals, in the garden, on the stables or in the general maintenance of the Farm.

We welcome placements for people with support needs though sometimes require support workers.  Anyone over 12 is welcome.

Garden volunteers have a chance to learn about horticulture and the environment.  You can grow your own fresh vegetables to take home.  Expect to go out in all weather conditions and get a bit dirty at times!  Volunteers are encouraged to have a voice in what happens in the Garden.  Every day there is always something different and interesting to do!
