Accessibility at the Farm
Deen City Farm is on a five-acre site on one level with paths of various surfaces enabling access throughout.
With the relatively recent introduction of a paving brick path to our fields, wheelchair users and those with pushchairs or buggies have a safe and easy passage around the site. Our Cafe has double doors that can open to allow access for double-buggies.
Our public toilets have cubicles for disabled users and there is a baby changing platform in the ladies' public toilet.
The activities we offer are for a wide range of ages and abilities. We do not, as yet, have a website with lettering that can be re-sized with a single click, but we are working towards it!
Our visitor car park has recently introduced two extra spaces for disabled badge holders and there are a total of three such bays in place.
As a popular venue for groups with support needs, the Farm is very happy to discuss any further access requirement that you or your organisation might have. Please call the Project Manager on 020 8545 2177 to discuss. |
