We operate standard Terms and Conditions for the services that we provide.
Riding School
Riding lessons are available for those aged 8 years old and over. For 7 years and under we run pony rides (click link to find out more), this is only a taster of what being on a horse can be like.
We have a maximum weight restriction of 11 stone. If you are over this weight but under 15 stone you will be limited to riding our Riding Simulator. If you are over 15 stone then unfortunately we will not be able to cater for you.
If you wish to cancel for ANY reason then we require 36 hrs notice.
Holiday Programmes
We will plan to go ahead with the day unless there are extreme weather conditions that would jeopardise health and safety. In such instances, a full refund will be arranged on request.
We do not give refunds if you need to cancel a booking for one of our holiday programmes or cannot attend on the day.
Farm Tours
We will plan to go ahead with your tour unless there are extreme weather conditions that would jeopardise health and safety. Tours can be adapted to suit the weather! Unfortunately, if you decide not to come on the day and we consider it safe, full payment will be expected.
If you wish to cancel your visit this must be at least 3 weeks prior to the visit. If it is after this time we will expect 50% of the total cost of your visit. As stated above, if you cancel on the day, full payment will be expected.
We will only charge for children who attend on the day unless there are more than 5 children absent than the original number stated (in which case we will charge for the number of children booked for the tour less five).
Sometimes there may be alterations made to your visit if it is very busy or there are staff shortages but we take every effort to ensure you have a fun and educational visit
